A few days ago one evening was so beautiful, sunny and golden, that it lured me out of my revision stupor to take some photos in the fabled golden hour before sunset. I have lots and lots of snaps to share with you so grab a warm drink and snuggle up.
I was playing around with my new camera, on generous loan from my brother. It has a wonderful 30X zoom lens and takes beautiful macro shots.
Just couldn't resist these beauties!
Couldn't actually see what I was taking here, had to hold the camera looking upwards and there was no room for me between the camera and the earthy bank - but I like how they turned out!

This old fashioned street light caught my eye.
Daffodils, well, spring flowers in general, make me very very happy.
